Varsha is passionate about supporting individuals as they work toward meaningful employment and greater independence. With a background in education and employment services, she brings a client-centered approach and a strong commitment to helping people achieve their goals.

As Employment Team Manager, Varsha supports a team of Employment Specialists and Job Developers while overseeing ATN's employment programs and services. She enjoys collaborating with staff to strengthen service delivery, develop creative solutions, and ensure clients receive the support they need to move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Varsha enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. A memorable chapter in her life was moving to New Zealand to complete teacher's college, where an unexpected diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes reinforced the importance of resilience, community, and strong support systems.
