With a background in social work, Schae brings a strong people-first lens to everything she does—making sure programs, processes, and services are meeting folks where they’re at. Schae is all about making an impact while keeping things fun.

When Schae isn’t in the office, you can find her in the great outdoors with her two dogs, baking up a storm in the kitchen, or curled up on the couch with a good book!
