As a Job Developer at ATN, I work alongside our team in creating community connections and seeking out employer partnerships. Work belongs to everyone, and so does the opportunity to thrive, fail, learn and belong. I believe there are fantastic employers in the city of London, and helping our clients find the feeling of belonging in the workplace is my true drive and enjoyment in this work. Finding work can be difficult, getting out of your comfort zone can feel scary and trying something new can feel really big. I am honoured to support the clients we serve and be a part of breaking down those barriers (it's kind of our thing!).
