Shelby is passionate about helping people move forward, particularly individuals facing complex barriers to employment and independence. After more than a decade in municipal government, she is excited to begin a new chapter as Executive Director of ATN, bringing a collaborative leadership style and deep commitment to community impact.

Throughout her career, Shelby has focused on building strong teams, creating inclusive environments, and helping people access opportunities that improve their lives. At ATN, she is proud to support the team working with individuals to access their employment goals and greater personal success.

Outside the office, Shelby is a proud parent of two children and owner of two energetic dogs, who make sure life stays busy and fun.
