The ATN Employment Specialist team is pleased to offer a variety of employment based services to assist individuals throughout the varying stages of their job seeking experience. For those who are looking to explore new or different career opportunities, we offer professional and personal self assessment tools. Job seekers have access to both individual and group services including: resume and cover letter writing, job search assistance, job development and interview preparation.

Our Employment Specialist team is committed to providing ongoing support to assist with job maintenance. These services include on site job coaching and advocating for required accommodation. Employment Specialists regularly provide individual and group services focusing on skill development in the areas of stress management, conflict resolution and safe workplace practices.
