We have many different clients, employment opportunities and programs in which Employers can access qualified candidates from.

 

Part-Time/Full-Time

Many of our clients are employable, job ready and have accessed our Employment Specialists and services for assistance in their efforts to finding gainful employment. We offer free training and support along with qualified and pre-screened candidates. You may also qualify for wage subsidies and/or training incentives.

Work Experience Placement

Participants will be matched with an employer for an unpaid job placement to provide them with on-site experience in the field they are targeting. Placement duration will vary in length depending on the participant’s Employment Action Plan as well as the needs of the employer. Participants will be supported at every stage by an ATN Job Developer and Employment Specialist.

 

 

Employment Program Participants

This opportunity allows clients participating in one of our employment programs to be placed with an employer for a specified period of time. This allows the individual to gain valuable work experience while assisting you and your business. We can create a specific role tailored to both the clients and your employment needs or utilize an existing job role. It can be a paid or unpaid placement, depending on the program outline and requirements. Participants will be supported at every stage by an ATN Job Developer and Employment Specialist.

 

 

Job Creation

Working one-on-one with an Employer; we will work closely to review, identify and analyze specific work duties and processes currently being performed by your business. Upon review, we will identify specific tasks/needs that we can create into a new job opportunity to help maximize the efficiency of your business. Participants will be supported at every stage by an ATN Job Developer and Employment Specialist.

 

We are available at any time to provide retention support to new or existing employees that have an acquired disability or barrier.
